Chelsea Severn, a devoted mother of three and passionate advocate for youth empowerment, brings a wealth of experience to her role on the board of Better Future Finders. With a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Secondary Education, specializing in English, Chelsea has long been dedicated to inspiring young minds. From her time tutoring immigrant children at The Open Door in New York City to coaching track and field at both high school and collegiate levels, she has consistently championed the potential of young people. Beyond the classroom, Chelsea's love for the outdoors shines through her work as an alpine ski coach and instructor. Together with her husband, she co-founded the White Pass Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at providing underserved youth in the Yakima Valley with access to mountain experiences. Through her involvement with Better Future Finders, Chelsea continues her mission of guiding youth towards fulfilling futures.
