​Lee Spakousky, a vital member of the Better Future Finders board, brings a wealth of experience as a retired engineer specializing in the installation and repair of mining equipment and machinery, along with structural and welding certifications. Since his retirement in 2019, he has successfully run a private consulting firm in assisting his customers with their engineering and fabrication needs. Beyond his professional expertise, Lee is a senior minister, community builder, and influencer, dedicated to bridging relationships and empowering people. His passion lies in fostering progress and happiness, making him an invaluable asset to our organization as we strive to create a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
